The task of preparing land use maps/data of 221 local levels has been completed and submitted to the respective authorities.
Land reform, information management system, and Nagarik Application have come up with a system that helps the land owner to receive the services from land administrators through online portals.
“Merokitta” system and “Nepal bhu-suchana” system were implemented in 35 administrations till Falgun, 2078. From this system the services regarding survey mapping and land administering.
As of 2078/79 falgun, 10933 hectares of the special survey have been conducted, 308 hectares of village block have been surveyed and 1111 hectares have been re-surveyed. The total distribution of land ownership documents was 19665.
For the reformation of the problems related to land, National Land Commission has been established in 2078/79. The commission has provisions for landless Dalit minorities, Sukumbasis, and the population suffering from a mismanagement housing system. The agreement for the provision has been done with the 419 local levels and the rest of the 38 local levels are in the process of the survey and mapping.
Similarly in districts like Sindhuli, Chitwan, and Jhapa 152 land ownership documents were distributed.

In 2078, there were 125 hospitals, 205 primary health care, 3 thousand 8 hundred seventy health posts, and 395 Ayurvedic hospital in Asar.
Till 2078 falgun, the number of doctors, Nurses/ANM, Kabiraj, Baidhya, health assistants, and Women health volunteers with a total of 97 thousand 4 hundred 49. In the previous year of 2077, the number was of 90 thousand 3 hundred 69.

Education sector
Province wise it was found that the number one province had the highest number of schools 19.7 percent whereas Karnali province had the lowest number of schools 9.1 percent. Similarly, in the madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, Limbuni, and Sudurpachim provinces, there were 12.4 percent, 19.1 percent, 11.6 percent, 16.4 percent, and 11.8 percent of schools respectively.
