मेड इन नेपाल अभियानलाई थप सशक्त बनाउनु पर्छः ढकाल (२०८१/४/४)

नेपाल उद्योग वाणिज्य महासंघका अध्यक्ष चन्द्रप्रसाद ढकालले ‘मेड इन नेपाल’ अभियानलाई थप सशक्त बनाउन नेपाल युवा उद्यमी मञ्चका सदस्यहरुलाई आग्रह गरेका छन् ।

नेपाल युवा उद्यमी मञ्चको शुक्रबार काठमाडौंमा भएको २० औँ वार्षिक साधारणसभालाई विशेष अतिथिका रुपमा सम्बोधन गर्दै ढकालले करिब १५ वर्षअघि नेपाल युवा उद्यमी मञ्चले सुरु गरेको ‘मेड इन नेपाल’ अभियान धेरै संस्थाहरूको लागि प्रेरणाको स्रोत बनेको बताए । 

ढकालले नेपाल उद्योग वाणिज्य महासंघको युवा संगठनका रुपमा नेपाल युवा उद्यमी मञ्चले धेरै क्षेत्रमा नेतृत्व गरेकोमा प्रशंसा गरे । उनले नेपाल उद्योग वाणिज्य महासंघको प्रतिष्ठा बढाउन नेपाल युवा उद्यमी मञ्चका सदस्यहरूले गरेको कामको प्रशंसा पनि गरे ।

नेपाल उद्योग वाणिज्य महासंघको पहलमा सरकारले स्टार्टअप नीति पारित गरेको ढकालले भेलालाई जानकारी दिनुभयो । ढकालले नेपाल उद्योग वाणिज्य महासंघले स्टार्टअपलाई कानूनमा परिभाषित गर्न सफल भएको बताए । नेपाल युवा उद्यमी मञ्चका सदस्यहरूले उद्यमशीलता प्रवद्र्धनमा विशेष भूमिका खेल्नेमा आफू विश्वस्त रहेको ढकालले बताए ।

नेपाल उद्योग वाणिज्य महासंघले महासंघको विधान संशोधनको मस्यौदा कार्यसमितिबाट पारित गरेको र नेपाल युवा उद्यमी मञ्चको अध्यक्ष पदेन रुपमा कार्यकारिणी समिति सदस्य रहने व्यवस्था समावेश गरिएको ढकालले जानकारी दिनुभयो । यसमा सदस्यताका लागि केही व्यवस्था गर्नुपर्ने बताउँदै उनले आगामी विशेष साधारणसभाले पारित गर्ने र नेपाल युवा उद्यमी मञ्चको नेतृत्व महासंघको नेतृत्वमा पनि पुग्नेमा आफू विश्वस्त रहेको बताए । 

देशको अर्थतन्त्रका बारेमा बोल्दै ढकालले प्रधानमन्त्री, अर्थमन्त्री, गृहमन्त्री र उद्योग, वाणिज्य तथा आपूर्तिमन्त्रीसँग भेटघाट गरेको बताए । निजी क्षेत्रको मनोबल उकास्न काम गर्न सरकारलाई आग्रह गरेको र सरकारले महासंघको सुझावहरु सकारात्मक रुपमा लिएको बताए ।


FNCCI President Dhakal urges NYEF to reinvigorate ‘Made in Nepal’ campaign

Chandra Prasad Dhakal, President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, has urged members of Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs’ Forum to reinvigorate the ‘Made in Nepal’ campaign. 

While addressing the 20th annual general meeting of Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs’ Forum on Friday in Kathmandu as the special guest, Dhakal mentioned that the ‘Made in Nepal’ campaign that was started about 15 years ago by the Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs’ Forum has become a source of inspiration for many organisations.

Dhakal applauded the Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs’ Forum for taking the lead in many areas as the youth organisation of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry. He also commended the members of Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs’ Forum for the work they are doing to raise the prestige of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, which is also a potential for the economic prosperity of our country.

Dhakal also informed the gathering that the government had endorsed the Startup Policy on the initiative of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry. He said that the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry had been successful in defining startups in the law, which is an achievement. Dhakal said that he is confident that the members of Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs’ Forum would continue to play a special role in promoting entrepreneurship.

Dhakal also informed the gathering that the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry has passed the draft of the Federation's statute amendment by the draft committee and that a provision has been included in the draft that the President of Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs’ Forum will be an ex-officio member of the Executive Committee. Some arrangements have to be made regarding membership in this, he said, adding that he was hopeful the upcoming Special General Assembly will pass it and the leadership of Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs’ Forum will also reach the leadership of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

While talking about the country’s economy, Dhakal mentioned that they have met with the Prime Minister, Finance Minister, Home Minister, and Minister of Industry, Commerce and Supplies. He informed that they have urged the government to work to boost the morale of the private sector, which has been taken positively.
