स्याहार अर्थतन्त्रको सान्दर्भिकता विषयक रोजगारदाता तालिम (२०८१/४/९)

नेपाल उद्योग वाणिज्य महासंघले अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय श्रम संगठनको सहकार्यमा स्याहार अर्थतन्त्रको सान्र्दभिकता विषयक रोजगारदाता तालिम आयोजना गरेको छ ।  

निजी क्षेत्रमा स्याहार अर्थतन्त्रको सान्र्दभिकता विषयक रोजगारदाता तालिम कैलालीको धनगढीमा बुधवार सुरु भएको छ । बुधवार वाट सुरुभएको तालिम तीन दिन सम्म चल्नेछ । अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय श्रम संगठन (सशक्त महिला सम्वृद्ध नेपाल) परियोजना र नेपाल उद्योग वाणिज्य महासंघ काठमाडौ विच भएको सम्झौता वमोजिम  नेपाल उद्योग वाणिज्य महासंघ सुदुरपश्चिम प्रदेशको आयोजनामा तीन दिने तालिमा सुरु भएको हो ।

निजी क्षेत्रमा स्याहार अर्थतन्त्रको सान्र्दभिकता विषयक रोजगारदाता तालिमको उद्घाटन सत्रको अध्यक्षता नेपाल उद्योग वाणिज्य महासंघ सुदुरपश्चिम प्रदेशको कार्यसमिति सदस्य तथा लम्की उद्योग वाणिज्य संघको अध्यक्ष श्री पदमराज चौलागाईले गर्नुभएको थियो भने कार्यक्रमको प्रमुख अतिथि नेपाल उद्योग वाणिज्य महासंघ केन्द्रिय सदस्य  तथा  महिला उद्यमी विकास समिति संयोजक श्री कमला श्रेष्ठले गर्नुभएको थियो । 

कार्यक्रममा उद्योग पर्यटन वन तथा वातावरण मन्त्रालयका सचिव श्री प्रमोद भट्टराई तथा सामाजिक विकास मन्त्रालयका निमित्त सचिव गगन देव भट्टको पनि आतिथ्यका रुपमा उपस्थिति रहेको थियो । तीन दिन सम्म संचालन हुने तालिमको उदेश्य र नेपाल उद्योग वाणिज्य महासंघको परिचय सहितको भनाई महासंघका सहायक निर्देशक श्री हरि पौडेलले राख्नु भएको थियो ।

तीन दिनसम्म संचालन हुने तालिमको प्रमुख प्रशिक्षकको रुपमा आस्था भट्ट रहनु भएको छ ।

प्रमुख अतिथिले उदघाटन सत्रमा स्याहार अर्थतन्त्रमा अव सरकार र निजिक्षेत्र गम्भिर भएर यसको आवश्यक कार्यविधि वनाई प्रत्यक्ष आर्थिकमा नजोडिएको तर ठुलो हिस्सा अर्थतन्त्र र आर्थिक क्रियाकलाप संग जोडिएको विषय भएको हुदा अव स्याहार अर्थतन्त्रलाई राष्ट्रको विषय वनाउन आवश्यक रहेको र यसलाई सहजिकरण र आवश्यक सहयोग गर्न निजी क्षेत्र तयार रहेको विषय जानकारी गराउनु  भएको थियो ।

तीन दिनसम्म संचालन हुने उक्त तालिममा सुदुरपश्चिमका उद्योगी व्यवसायी सरकारी तथा गैरसरकारी गरी जम्मा ३० जनाको सहभागिता रहेको छ ।


FNCCI organises training on the Relevance of Care Economy

The Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), in collaboration with the International Labour Organisation (ILO), has organised an employer training on the relevance of the care economy.

The private sector employer training on the relevance of the care economy began on Wednesday in Dhangadhi, Kailali. The three-day training will run from Wednesday to Friday. The training has been organised by the FNCCI Far-Western Province under an agreement between the ILO's 'Empowered Women, Prosperous Nepal' project and the FNCCI Kathmandu.

The inaugural session of the employer training on the relevance of the care economy in the private sector was chaired by Padamraj Chaulagain, member of the FNCCI Sudurpashchim Province Executive Committee and President of the Lamki Chamber of Commerce. The chief guest of the programme was Kamala Shrestha, central member of FNCCI and convener of the federation's Women Entrepreneurship Development Committee.

The programme was also graced by the presence of Pramod Bhattarai, Secretary of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism, Forests and Environment, and Gagan Dev Bhatta, Acting Secretary of the Ministry of Social Development. The objectives of the three-day training, along with an introduction to the FNCCI, were presented by Hari Paudel, Assistant Director of FNCCI.

Astha Bhatta is the lead trainer for the three-day training. 

The chief guest, in her inaugural address, said that the care economy is now a serious matter for the government and the private sector and that it is necessary to formulate a necessary procedure for it. She said that it is necessary to make the care economy a national issue and that the private sector is ready to facilitate and provide necessary support for it.

A total of 30 people from the Sudurpashchim Province, including industrialists, businesspeople, government and non-government representatives, are participating in the three-day training.
