Doing Business in Global World: Lesson from Singapore

Mr. Rangarajan Narayanamohan Senior Partner of Natarajan & Swami Nathan, a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Member of Singapore Institute of Management and practicing as a CPA since 1976 is in Kathmandu. Mr. Narayanan has an extensive experience in providing the consultancy and auditing services to the Singaporean companies. He has also been active in the chambers activities in Singapore.

Mr. Narayanamohan is a social entrepreneur whose job is to recognize when a part of society is stuck and to provide new ways to get it unstuck. The social entrepreneur finds what is not working and solves the problem by changing the system, spreading the solution and persuading entire societies to take new leaps.

Looking at the possibility that the Nepali businessmen could learn from the experience of Mr. Narayanamohan, we have arranged a meeting and a presentation on 29th April 2005 from 1500 hrs to 1700 hrs. He will be sharing his experience in terms of doing international business, trade agreements, laws and rights of companies etc. incorporation of companies in Singapore which should be very useful for the Nepalese businesses.
